The only way I access my payments from Elance is paypal. I guess they have different systems of payment in place for American writers including bank transfer, while if you are from India paypal is the best option. “If you can persist and continue to improve, elance could be your best bet”

When I registered free at, I thought I was going to earn loads of money with hundreds of projects available anytime. However, things are not as easy as they appear in the first sight. So, I began bidding on the projects as soon as I registered and sat over it for long time hoping to land with an offer or two. It didn\'t come through. So, if you are like me wanting quick results, elance is not for you. I recommend continue bidding without waiting for the offer. Remember there are o... read more

“A good site to start with for any Freelancer!”

Elance was one of the first breakthroughs I have enjoyed working for. Although it took me some time to build up my stance, it was worth getting some high-earning assignments and great clients to work with so far. In the last 5 to 6 years, my association and experience with Elance have been really good.
